Amazing tune. A tribute to the 313 (Detroit) with an electro meets boogie with the mothership coming down sound. So great. And the lyrics are very inspiring. - G

From the upcoming and much talked about “Body Issue” by ESPN. D.C. United of Major League Soccer line up for a photo shoot in what every kid has nightmares about. Y’know the one you show up to your game with no pants and you’re running around on the field naked. Then you wake up and you’re so happy to know it was just a dream. All I can say when I see this is “Ouch!” - G

As more great new companies are absorbed into big old companies, a whole new generation of change is lost. They can issue press releases saying how excited they are to be able to bring their product to a whole new world of customers, and how their new suitor will bring enormous resources to bear, but we know that’s usually not really what happens. Development slows, products stall, the staff that built the great stuff leaves, and mediocrity creeps in. Not always, but usually. The next generation bends over

I know this song has been overplayed but I can’t help but get chills when I listen to it. I also know for a fact that Richard Sanders, my mentor, is behind their success. Every rock band that guy touches goes platinum because he knows how to angle the artists to generate the right kind of exposure. I think I sang this so much over the weekend, A was humming it, and my friend Tom thinks that they may never recover from their success because they have actually become TOO big. :) - G
